Airbus has officially delivered the first A321neo aircraft to Kuwait Airways, the national airline of Kuwait. This delivery is the first of nine A321neo jets ordered by the carrier as part of its comprehensive fleet modernisation initiative aimed at enhancing growth and operational performance.
The new aircraft features a modern and comfortable cabin layout with 166 seats distributed across two classes—16 full-flat seats in Business Class and 150 in Economy. The A321neo also comes equipped with the latest Airspace cabin design, offering a quieter cabin environment, customizable LED lighting, and cutting-edge in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems.
The addition of the A321neo strengthens Kuwait Airways’ current fleet, which already includes A320neo and A330neo aircraft. This move increases fleet versatility and allows the airline to serve regional and medium-haul routes more efficiently, including popular seasonal destinations in South Asia and Europe.
This delivery marks another milestone in Kuwait Airways' transformation strategy, positioning the airline for future growth and improved passenger experience.
