The Criminal Court has issued a death sentence to a citizen accused of killing his house driver in Saad Al-Abdullah and burying the body in a desert area behind the Umm Al-Ghara scrap yard. The case came to light when a report was received regarding a person throwing blood-stained clothes into the garbage.
The Jahra Governorate Investigations Department, under the Criminal Security Sector, launched a swift investigation. Surveillance footage revealed that the individual who disposed of the clothes was driving a particular vehicle. Tracing the vehicle led to the discovery of blood traces inside it. The driver was apprehended and, during interrogation, confessed to the premeditated murder of his house driver.
He directed the authorities to the body’s location, confirming the crime. A criminal case was filed against him under premeditated murder charges, and he was referred to the competent judicial authority.
