Sharjah Ruler Approves 400 New Government Jobs to Empower Youth and Boost Emiratisation

Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved 400 new job opportunities across various government departments and institutions in the emirate. This decision aligns with the Emiratisation policy, aiming to provide stable and quality employment opportunities to Emirati youth while strengthening their participation in the government sector.

The move is intended to contribute to Sharjah’s socio-economic development, enhance public service standards, and integrate the younger generation more deeply into administrative roles.

The job openings will be distributed across sectors such as education, healthcare, public administration, social welfare, public safety, cultural heritage, environment, and transportation. These roles are designed to harness the skills of Emirati youth in building a modern and efficient governance system.

The recruitment process will be transparent and merit-based, ensuring that candidates are selected based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Sharjah’s Emiratisation efforts are aligned with the UAE Vision 2030, which prioritizes reducing dependency on foreign labor and promoting the capabilities of Emirati nationals.
