Abu Dhabi Summer Sports (ADSS), the region’s largest indoor summer sports venue, is playing a key role in promoting an active lifestyle and strengthening community bonds during the hottest months of the year.
Held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and organized by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the event covers over 37,000 square meters and runs until August 21. Visitors can enjoy more than 52 air-conditioned courts and pitches catering to over 12 team sports, all built to international standards, along with a 1.2-kilometer indoor running track suitable for people of all fitness levels.
This year’s edition offers a vibrant mix of individual and team sports, child-friendly games, and family-oriented zones, ensuring an inclusive environment for everyone to stay active safely indoors.
His Highness Mansour bin Zayed, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, attended the event and joined a friendly volleyball match with community athletes, highlighting the leadership’s commitment to promoting healthy living and quality recreational opportunities for families and youth.
