As part of its precautionary measures, the Ministry has fully equipped shelters within the eastern and southern ministry complex buildings, ready to accommodate up to 900 people. Classified as C4, these shelters are in excellent condition, with additional warehouses allocated in the eastern parking area for use if needed.
Key systems such as Oracle and GFMIS have been secured through alternative devices, and remote work capabilities have been reinforced within a protected electronic environment using advanced security programs. The Ministry continues to update its emergency procedures in close coordination with relevant authorities, including the Civil Defense Department at the Ministry of Interior. A coordination meeting was recently held to ensure high levels of readiness and swift response when needed.
