The UAE has dispatched the ninth Hamdan humanitarian ship from Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi as part of its ongoing Operation Chivalrous Knight 3. The vessel, coordinated with the Emirates Red Crescent, is destined for Egypt’s Al-Arish Port, where its cargo will be transferred to the Gaza Strip to assist Palestinians affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

The ship carries 7,000 tonnes of critical relief supplies, including 5,000 tonnes of food parcels, 1,900 tonnes of bulk food items for community kitchens, 100 tonnes of medical tents for healthcare facilities, and five fully equipped ambulances. This delivery aims to address urgent needs for nourishment, medical support, and emergency services in Gaza.

The initiative underscores the UAE’s sustained commitment to providing humanitarian aid and reducing suffering in conflict-affected regions. Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 represents a coordinated effort between UAE authorities and humanitarian institutions to deliver large-scale support to vulnerable communities.

This ninth shipment continues the UAE’s broader strategy of leveraging maritime and logistical capabilities to ensure efficient and impactful aid delivery. The operation highlights the nation’s role as a key provider of international humanitarian assistance and its dedication to supporting Palestinian welfare through practical and sustained interventions.
